Pvt. Eddie Lloyd

Dayton? 1965-6

Pvt Eddie Lloyd's goal seems to have been recording a patroitic tribute, just as the Vietnam War was becoming a debatable topic. The other side is of more intresting, an Elvis-like rocker with some good guitar.  Not sure who is playing on this record, they sound similar to other anonymous backing tracks for the label. The 45 comes with an appropriately colored sleeve.

This was the last record on Alco before the label was re-reorganized with a Cincinnati address.

This seems to have been his only 45/
