Most of the copies of the apparently only 45 by the Three And One have turned up around Dayton, so the band appears to be from there. The singer and songwriter is James Screetch. A search of people with that name turned up one person who is deceased and would have been 35 when the record came out, but that's the only link found so far.
The sound is somewhere between blues and rockabillly, and the suspicion is that there were a bit older than the teen crown and from outside of the urban club scene. The Fabar label usually recorded bands who were over 18 club bands.
