Good Question/Qiana  was formed in 1971 by Paul Bodnar/ Guitar and Continues to play gigs to the present day  50 years of longevity

Bodnar  a summer  resident of Geneva on the Lake was heavily  influenced by 2 other bands(Jaggerz from Pittsburgh and Hi Guys from Youngstown) playing the GOTL music scene in the late 60's.

These 2 bands had outstanding vocal harmonies, and would be the template for the formation of Good Question

Consisting of Paul Bodnar/ guitar&vocals, Mike Bodnar/ bass & vocals, Rusty Woodburn/ keyboards & vocals,Jimmy Riser/ Drums, Dennis Ford/vocalist, and Barb Heath / vocalist, played there fist gig in May of 1971 at the Queen of Hearts Lounge in Ashtabula.

Drummer Riser left the band after a 3 months and was replaced by Keith Korsuto , Glenn Wiseman,Mickey Fields until John Guglielmo settled in as the longest tenured drummer

This combination played the for two years as the house band (1971-1972) at the  Castaway (owner Jimmy Brown) in Geneva on the Lake, where they opened for National Recording artist such Tommy James, Mitch Ryder,Chubby Checker, and Frank Sinatra Junior.

At the end of 1972 John Guglielmo replaced Drummer Mickey Fields, and Rusty Woodburn left for college and was replaced by Danny Aronson. Guglielmo added another dimension to the band, he was an outstanding drummer with strong vocal abilities.

1973 found the band gigging as the House Band at the Cove Nite Club along with another local band Starfleet from Lake county

In 1973 the band recorded it's first 45 at Cleveland Recording ( Pusherman / It's Better to Sing Flat Than Not At All ). Pusherman was an anti drug song .

1974 brought about another change, Dan Aronson left for Mexico to go to Medical school and was replaced by Tom Cook

A second attempt at the recording business brought about Bullet Proof Vest / And So Here We Are (recorded at Motion Picture Sound 1974). The recordings did not lead to any national success.

Rusty Woodburn returned to the fold in1976 and Nancy Willey replaced Barb Heath

The next 2 years found the band traveling to the Weirton West Virginia and Steubenville Ohio areas where they played the Eldorado, Cobblestone, and Aquanaut nite clubs.

At the end of 1977 Paul,Dennis and John left the band(tired of traveling) and were replaced by Jimmy Pocatko/ Guitar, Jerry Kubisak/ Drums and Fred Marsaliis/ Vocals.

The band is working on a compilation of music that they have performed through the years. Rusty Woodburn who now resides in Florida  is in charge of all the musical arrangements of the project. His musical genius is going make this project a can’t miss opportunity to own the legacy of Good Question.
