Dayton's Jaguars were a salt and pepper band - if you don't know what that means, check out the picture sleeve! The group recorded this lone 45 for Alco records. The song seems to be a promotional tie in with the Metropolitan department store in Dayton.

Singer Nate Alexander went on to perform in several other groups, including Motown recording artists Different Shades Of Brown, from Springfield.
